Navigators for Friends and Families is a walk made of discoveries.
Using GPS, each team follows the Serra da Azóia in search of its natural beauty and history.
The journey begins in the direction of the São Domingos da Baralha Fort, dating from the 17th century and considered at the time to be the first defense of the Arrábida coast.
Before the fort, we will pass by the fabulous Pombeira Arch - a great geological formation, and by Chã dos Navegantes - an ancient marine terrace from the last interglaciation.
Another point of great interest is Baleeira Beach, with its wild landscape and the remains of an old fishermen's shelter. This scenery will feed the imagination with scenes that have occurred here since Roman times.
This is a good stop for a refreshing swim.
A complete trail for moments of challenge, enjoyment and sharing in the middle of Nature.
